We’re so excited to be partnering with the talented Emma West to bring you our inaugural weekend of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. Combining a series of classes and workshops with a laid back environment, social experience and fabulous vegan food, this weekend will be sure to help you relax and reset before the busy Christmas period. Welcome to a brief insight into my path of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. I have always expressed how I feel through movement, whether that be in sports or as a professional dancer but it wasn't until I suffered a series of injuries that I discovered the physical practice of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. By combining this physical asana practice with a regular commitment to stillness, journaling and self love I learned the value of slowing down, not only in my physical practice but also in life.

Since delving deeper into the philosophy and practice of Yin Yoga I have managed to cultivate a calmer, more grounded and more conscious lifestyle both on and off the mat. My goal in both personal practice and teaching is to find harmony and balance between the physical body, the mind and emotions, as well as to simply breathe.

I have completed over 400 hours in accredited trainings, along with workshops in Asia, Sweden, London, Bali and Edinburgh. Currently I am teaching at Tribe in Edinburgh where I have the opportunity to teach a healthy mixture of different abilities and meet new people every week that are curious about yoga. Through this I have deepened and evolved my teaching skills.

I'm passionate about holding retreats and have helped people to reconnect with their bodies all over the world. I aim to create a safe, supported space where individuals of all abilities can come together not only to improve their physical practice but also to reaffirm their emotional and mental wellbeing.

Cancellation policy

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellations made 28 days or more in advance of the arrival date will receive a full refund. Any cancellation made after this date will not be refunded.

Non-arrival guests who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit the full amount of the booking. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
