Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is before 11am.
Please note that our front desk is not open 24/7, so we should be notified prior to your stay if you plan on checking in after 10pm, or checking out before 7:30am.

All rooms are equipped with 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.
Coffee and tea-making facilities are also included.
Our rooms do not have TVs.
The only room that has a bath is Otter. The remainder of our rooms have showers.

Breakfast is a residents-only buffet service served between 8-10am. It’s included in the price of your room unless you have booked through Expedia where a fee of £15.00 per person is payable each day you wish you have breakfast with us.

Open to residents and non-residents. Dinner must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Mon-Weds: A set 3-course meal that changes daily. Served in one sitting at 7pm. The price is £35 per person.
Thurs-Sat: A set 5-course meal that changes daily. Served in one sitting at 7pm. The price is £65 per person. Please note that from Thursday 16th Nov - Saturday 2nd Dec (inclusive) we will only be serving our 3-course set menu. Existing bookings will be adjusted accordingly.

Our hotel is 100% vegan so all of our food is naturally dairy and egg free. We can accommodate all other allergens provided that we are given notice in advance of your reservation. Please note that we do work in a small kitchen so whilst we make every effort to keep things separate, there is a small risk of cross-contamination.

We have free Wi-Fi throughout all communal areas of the hotel and all bedrooms.

Our address is: 2 East Moulin Road, Pitlochry, Perthshire, PH16 5DW.
Travelling by train: We are a 10-minute walk from Pitlochry train station which is served by regular trains from Glasgow and Edinburgh, direct trains from London, and the Caledonian sleeper.
Travelling by car: Pitlochry is located just off the A9. We are roughly a 90-minute drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow (on a good day!)

We offer free, on-site car parking. We have an electric car charging port that can be used at an additional cost.

We are extremely dog friendly! Dogs can stay in a selection of our rooms (Puffin, Water Vole, and Capercaillie) at an additional cost of £25 per night. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, but if you are planning on eating with us then we can seat you in our snug or our bar with your furry friend/s.

Unfortunately, all of our rooms are on the first floor so the hotel is unsuitable for those who require wheelchair access.
Our communal areas are on the ground floor, so if you are looking to dine or drink with us then we do have an accessibility ramp that can be installed prior to your arrival.
