cocktail of the month: ginger gin gal

Our December 2023 Cocktail of the Month is a concoction of festive flavours that can be enjoyed throughout the holidays and into the new year. Cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and orange - it’s got everything we of when we think of Christmas.

ingredients

For the syrup:

Ginger Beer

Orange Juice

Agave

Cinnamon

Clove

Star Anise

Other ingredients:

25ml Edinburgh Gin

4 drops Ms. Better’s Bitters

4 drops Angostura Bitters

Dehydrated orange (optional)

Cloves (optional)

method

1. Shake all ingredients together.

2. Strain in tumblers over ice.

3. Garnish with clove studded studded dehydrated orange (optional)

4. Enjoy!
